Spanning from Sixth Avenue to the East River, the buzzing neighborhood of Midtown East is one of Manhattan’s liveliest areas during work hours.
But as soon as the clock strikes 5PM and workers head home, the crowds plummet and virtually disappear. So if you check out your prospective Midtown East apartment during the day, you may also want to stop by at night before you turn in your new lease agreement.learn more about this neighborhood

Here is a lovely and well sized apartment, merely steps away from it all in Midtown East. You're close enough to all the commercial traffic but still juuuuuust far away enough to not be bothered by it. It really is a great location in my opinion.
Live in luxury with many closets and the apartment is bathed in sun.
If you want to be close to everything but still live in a quiet and tranquil apartment, then look no further.
The building is immaculately maintained and well kept.
This is a great landlord, they really take care of their people.
High ceilings and little flourishes abound in this apartment.
Every apartment is not for everyone I understand. So, even if this isn't what you are looking for you should give me a call anyway. I am the agent to talk to for rentals. I am also the friendliest agent.
So give me a call and see the difference for yourself!
