The Residents
I am the owner, in my 30s, and my family has lived in the nabe for over 60 years. I live around the corner in one of the other brownstones, and am very actively involved in this property. The existing 1st floor tenants are 2 professional, educated, 20 something young ladies.

The Nabe
The Longwood Historic District is one of 3 historic districts in all of the Bronx, composed of a collection of unique and beautiful brownstones along tree lined streets. We are approximately 4 blocks from the 2/5 express trains at the Prospect Ave station, 6 blocks from the 6 local train at East 149th, and about 25 mins to 14th st. The area has a number of amenities within walking distance, including laundromats, supermarkets, dry cleaners, pharmacies, and some pretty good restaurants. We have 2 new dog runs within a 15 minute walk, as well as a major park (St. Mary's) with a jogging track, indoor year round swimming facility, fitness center, tennis courts, and playground. Mainstream shopping can be found a short trip away at the Gateway Center, including Target, BJs, Best Buy, Home Depot, etc.

About You
The ideal tenant would be someone who values coming home to a quiet and safe environment, and enjoys a casual and friendly relationship with the few other tenants in the building. You should be a non-smoker/drug free. Parties are great on occasion, but not every weekend. We are very pet friendly too!
