East Village

Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife Cool factor

Artsy? Then the East Village is for you.

Simply by walking down the streets, one can feel the difference in the vibe of the East Village versus the Upper East Side, for example. Vintage dresses, old lace-up boots, and battered brown purses accent its young inhabitants.

This wonderful 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment is situated in one of the most well known neighborhoods in New York City: The East Village. Because of this, there is plenty to do and see in the area. First of all, for students attending NYU, it is very convenient to the university. Bars and restaurants abound in the area. Trader Joe's and Natural Green Market is only two blocks away in case you feel like eating in. For those who like to spend their time outside, Union Square Park and Stuyvesant Park are within walking distance. Finally, for entertainment several movie theaters, including East Village Cinemas and Regal Union Square, are merely blocks away.

The apartment itself has some really amazing details. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed with Jenn Air and Liebherr appliances including dishwasher. Under cabinet mounted lighting sheds light on all cooking situations. The top fixtures, Duravit and Grohe, were selected for the bathroom. Uncommon to NYC, all rooms have individual temperature control. Finally, hardwood floors run throughout the apartment including the living room. A lot of time and thought were put into these renovations and it is apparent.

Not exactly what you want? Don't fret! We just haven't found yours yet. I have thousands of listings to show, and I'm sure we can find the right place for you!
