Upper West Side

Quiet Good transportation Fun nightlife Great food

Upper West Side residents can’t imagine living anywhere else.

The buildings are beautiful and, with a few exceptions, tend not to tower over the blocks. The pace of life is a bit slower than in other areas of NYC. For anyone that has lived in or knows Boston, the neighborhood is the closest thing to Boston living that New York has.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this great apartment! Newly Gut renovated, this place is immaculate. The kitchen features ample granite counter space and stainless appliances. The master bedroom is front facing and sunny, with a gigantic walk-in closet, private white marble bathroom, and decorative fireplace. The second bedroom is a huge corner unit facing onto the garden, with windows on either side, plus another big closet. The living room has another fireplace, exposed brick wall, and entrance to the gorgeous private garden. Through a 'secret garden' type iron gate, you have a huge space with pretty plantings-- it's in great condition, and easily big enough to have a dinner party. Down the real stairs is the gigantic rec room area, easily convertible into one or even two more bedrooms plus additional area. When I first saw ti I thought, WOW, kids could play soccer down here!! There's a washer/dryer in the unit, two windows even downstairs, and great details throughout. Located between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue in the mid 70s, you are only 2 to 3 blocks from either the B,C or 1,2,3 trains, Trader Joe's, Fairway, Citarella, Serafina, the Beacon Theater, who could ask for more Call, text or email me to check it out! I know the neighborhood like the back of my hand, so if this isn't the perfect apartment for you I assure you I can find it.
