Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife Cool factor

The streets of SoHo—filled with shopping activity during the day—are relatively empty in the evening. BUT socialites and night owls: fear not. You can still rent in SoHo and enjoy the nearby nightlife of its surrounding neighborhoods.

Known for its cobblestone streets and cast-iron architecture, the area now known as SoHo was originally farmland. In the late eighteenth century, paved sidewalks literally “paved the way” for homes and establishments.

This spacious studio is WAY under market for PRIME SoHo!! Located on one of the city's best blocks, surrounded by charming cafes, boutiques, and small restaurants, you'll be living in one of Manhattan's most sought-after neighborhoods at a fraction of the price! The apartment has been recently renovated, and gets great sunlight. It features a large living area, with ample space for a bed, dresser, couch, entertainment center, and desk. The separate pass-through kitchen is great for cooking! Surrounded by the galleries and shops of SoHo, you'll also be just a few minutes walk to Greenwich Village's nightlife, cheap eats, and beautiful Washington Square Park. NYU is also just a 15 min walk away. If you ever do want to leave your new neighborhood, the C/E train is literally just a couple minutes' walk from your new apartment. The 6 and N/R are also less than 10 min away. This is a great opportunity to live in my personal favorite area of Manhattan - don't miss it!
