East Village

Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife Cool factor

Artsy? Then the East Village is for you.

Simply by walking down the streets, one can feel the difference in the vibe of the East Village versus the Upper East Side, for example. Vintage dresses, old lace-up boots, and battered brown purses accent its young inhabitants.

This beautiful home in the East Village makes the perfect home for anyone who wants to have a peaceful oasis in the heart of it all! Imagine having a landscaped garden in the heart of one of Manhattan's most vibrant neighborhoods! Host the best BBQs this side of Brooklyn, relax in the sun with a book from the library that you'll finally have space for (check out those built in bookshelves!), or cultivate your own kitchen or flower garden - or all of the above! The apartment itself features all new stainless steel appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer are currently being installed), a marble bath, ceiling fans, and a huge walk-in closet. It really feels like home, though, because of the decorative fireplace and exposed brick wall - soon to be filled with all of your books and knick-knacks - which make the living room so charming and unique. Located on a quiet street with restuarants and cafes, the apartment is right around the corner from all of the bars, unique shops, and culture that make the East Village my personal favorite neighborhood in NYC! It's also just a few minutes walk to the L train - if you ever want to leave your new apartment, that is!
