Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife Cool factor

One of the largest neighborhoods in Brooklyn, Williamsburg has undergone a major metamorphosis in the last decade.

It’s transforming from a traditionally working-class neighborhood to a veritable embodiment of gentrification and urban rebirth. These days, tourists and day-trippers flock to Williamsburg for a little slice of cosmopolitan bohemia.

OUR THOUGHTS: We love this building, so much so that one of us live here. The building houses few lofts, all found on the second floor of the 2 story building. Each loft is defined by exposed piping, steel beams, tall ceiling height (about 13ft), skylights, new flooring, modern kitchens with dishwashers and microwaves, and new bathrooms with deep soaking tubs. While the bedrooms are indeed small, the living space is easily large enough for a dining table, small at-home office set up, and large livingroom set up.

THE LOCATION: Brooklyn living can't get much better then this. This building stands on the corner of N11th Street and Driggs Avenue, 1 block away from McCarren Park's dog run (yes we are pet friendly), 3 blocks away from the Bedford L and steps away from an endless supply of outstanding restaurants, boutique shops, and venues. The East River Park and Ferry are also just about 5 minutes away on foot.
