Jackson Heights

Great food

Jackson Heights is one of the most populated neighborhoods in Queens.

It is also one of the most historically important, and is a New York City Historic District. Back in 1916, Jackson Heights was developed as the first garden city community built in the United States, and was originally envisioned as a neighborhood for upper middle class workers to raise their families. This is why “garden apartment buildings” are common.

BACK ON MARKET, rent reduced. Even lower rent will be considered for 1 person. Check out the YouTube tour above. Please note that this was shot during the evening so it is dark especially in the bedroom since there is no light (there are plenty of outlets). But it is very bright during the day.

About 10 min walk from the train.
