With a thriving community and arts scene, the Lower East Side offers apartments at an excellent value considering the neighborhood’s proximity to all the downtown neighborhoods.

This one bedroom has the most ideal layout. The kitchen is completely separate from the rest of the apartment, situated in a corner. It has great counter space, wood cabinetry, oven, and nice size refrigerator.
The living room is VERY SPACIOUS, and can easily accommodate a couch, TV, coffee table, high bar, or whatever your heart desires.
As you continue into the bedroom, you walk through beautiful French doors and into your KING size bedroom. The bedroom receives a ton of natural light as it has two windows (I apologize for taking this photo at night--makes it a little difficult to get a sense of the natural light huh?)
The best part about this apartment: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You have all the East Village/Lower East Side restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, and shops right at your fingertips.
Live the downtown New York City lifestyle in a comfortable and affordable way!
