This is the latest luxury rental building from architect and designer Phillip Starck. Located on Wall Street, it marks the first rental project headed by international design company Yoo by Starck, and is home to some of the finest rental apartments in the Financial District. With hotel-style amenities and top design, it is inhabited by many a young celebrity (Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford, to name one). The building offers residents a choice between "classic" and "nature" apartment designs -- one being dark and moody, the other, light and airy. No detail or expense has been spared in the amenities, the apartments or the building design, and so the building feels like the coolest boutique hotel in town.

This building offers two different takes on the NYC rental experience. For those looking for a more classical living experience, it's aptly named classic flats welcome you with rich oak wood flooring and are decorated with expansive windows with custom shades surrounding a beautiful Austrian crystal chandelier. Highlighted by custom cabinetry with Creme de Marfil marble countertop and backsplash, each gourmet kitchen features Jenn-Air cooktops and convection ovens and wood-paneled Liebherr refrigerators. Its "nature" apartments, on the other hand, are brought to life with a combination of earth tones, organic materials and natural light oak wood flooring. Complementing the organic feel, each kitchen comes equipped with a Venatino honed marble countertop and backsplash along with the aforementioned Jenn-Air and Liebherr appliances.

The building's residents-only lounge and terrace to the Yoo Fit gym, which offers top-of-the-line cardio and strength-training equipment by Technogym, no expense has been spared in providing its residents with the ultimate Manhattan luxury rental experience. The building's other hotel-style amenities include such familiar luxury rental building conveniences as a doorman and 24-hour concierge service, as well as posh surprises such as a stackable washer dryer in each apartment for rent and even daily complimentary breakfast.

With a prime Financial District location on Wall Street, it is right at the heart of one of Manhattan's most desirable residential neighborhoods. The building's proximity to mass transit -- it's just steps to several subway lines -- and a wide array of upscale shops, world-class restaurants, laid-back pubs and colorful nightlife, both in the Financial District and nearby Tribeca, ensures that its location is a striking amenity in its own right.
