Forest Hills

Great food Quiet

Forest Hills is the “hip” neighborhood stuck on the wrong side of Queens. Like LIC (Long Island City) and Astoria, Forest Hills has always been a popular hotspot for young professionals looking for a vibrant nightlife outside of Manhattan, but unlike LIC and Astoria, Forest Hills is closer to Long Island than it is to the city. Decisions, decisions….

Forest Hills is an upper middle class neighborhood with a lot of character.

A great 2BR at a really good price. Nicely sized and on the first floor with a lIve-in super on the premisis. Lots of light throughout the apartment. There is a window in every room. The kithen and bathroom were both completely renovated. Hardwood floors throughout.

Just blocks away from Austin street, where you have a police station, schools, bars, restaurants, shopping, gym and movie theatres... to name a few.

You can reach me by phone/email/text to set up a viewing, or if you have a ny questions.
