Follow me on Twitter for my most up to date listings @Justyna_NYCSee what people are saying about me! :) Justyna was a great asset for a tricky transition: San Francisco to New York with limited time to find an apartment. I originally stumbled upon Anchor Associates after reading similar Yelp reviews and initially reached out to Kelly Neptune who forwarded me along to Justyna. From the beginning her prompt response to my emails separated her from the other brokers I had reached out to. We had a quick phone conversation the weekend before flew out to New York to look at apartments where we discussed my budget, what particular neighborhoods I was interested in, what were must-haves and deal breakers, etc...After a little miscommunication glitch after I got into New York we met up and began looking at apartments. Three buildings and about five units later we stumbled on a newly renovated and unlisted apartment near Washington Square park. We decided to jump on it and applied on the spot. Justyna helped negotiate my rent and we returned the next day to sign the lease. It was a painless process that went more seamlessly than I expected. I gave myself 3 days in New York to apartment hunt and ended up having one and a half to simply enjoy myself and explore my new home. Finally, it is also worth mentioning that Justyna is so friendly and personable which definitely doesn't hurt when you're commuting between buildings or have downtime while you're waiting for your application to be approved. I would highly recommend working with her again!
