Park Slope

Quiet Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife

Park Slope, often known as the baby stroller capital of the world, very much lives up to its reputation but is so much more than that.

While many young parents with children inhabit the neighborhood because of its excellent education system and proximity to Prospect Park, its lovely tree-lined streets, community focus, and selection of restaurants make it a wonderful neighborhood for anyone to live in.

A true, great find. This 1 BR is getting a face lift as of right now but when all is said and done, it will be strutting the cat walk in no time.

Everything will be brand new. Floors, sinks, lights. Best of all. Not another soul will have used your thrown before you got to take it for a test run.

The large bedroom is a dream come true. Order that King sized bed as soon as you sign the lease because it will fit with room to spare on each side. Closets occupy both sides of the entrance and there's over head storage from width to width. Although you may have a hard time remembering where you put your favorite bathing suit come summer, it will be a problem worth having.

The living room/kitchen open concept gets plenty of light from the kitchen and the sky light from above in the living room area. Even at night this place will light up nice with 7 recessed lights plugged right into the high ceilings.

Add stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, built in AC units, hardwood floors, onsite laundry and a landlord who is willing to take in some of your requests (such as paint color or dividers) before completion and you can't... and will not beat this perfectly priced 1BR.

Only 4 1/2 blocks from the F and G train, 6 blocks from Prospect Park and 2 1/2 blocks from the buzzing Greenwood Park. The American style beer garden.
