1 Bedroom apartment in the heart of the Theatre District is undergoing gut renovation and will be ready by late December. The attached pics aren't the greatest, as the unit is still under renovation, so allow me to describe it for you. The kitchen will have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a tile floor. The floors are polished hardwood, the walls are a freshly painted soft white, the ceilings are tall and the windows are large. There's not much of a view, which is typical for the Midtown area given the density of builldings, but apartment gets a decent amount of light.

Savvy renters will recognize this as a great deal because a decent sized, gut renovated apartment is difficult to find at this price point. Plus it has a gym (with new equipment), laundry, is right next to all the major subway lines & buses, and most importantly, the owner takes great care of his property and is renovating & upgrading everything. Living here in this newly renovated building will place you in the heart of everything that makes NYC so exciting- the Theatre District, Times Square, Broadway Shows, Off-Broadway productions, Carnegie Hall, Columbus Circle, Bryant Park, Restaurant Row, trendy boutiques and more. Given its central location (close to Port Authority, Penn Station, Airport Buses, subways and city buses), this would make a great home for the frequent traveler or someone that craves a more exciting pace of life.

If you know even just a little bit about the real estate market you will realize that many similarly priced apartments are tiny, haven't been renovated in decades and are far from the subways. So if you are smart you will call me to take advantage of this deal.
