We are 1.4 miles from Pratt Art Institute. Close to shopping, grocery, laundry, dry cleaning, pharmacy, theaters and tourist attractions including The Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Public Library, Prospect Park and even just a subway ride to Coney Island.Also in the neighborhood are tons of cafes & restaurants like these: Outpost Lounge,Kush Cafe, Joloff, Choice Market, Nice Pizza & Heavenly Crumbs Bakery.15 minute train ride to Manhattan- Wall Street WTC, 30 min. to Times Square.
