Great food

Woodside was once part of a large scale residential development of Queens in the late 1800s, when a large Irish-American community resided there.

To this day the historic presence of Irish-Americans in Woodside is evident - there are Irish pubs on most street corners.

East of the 61st Street/Woodside subway station, the neighborhood becomes increasing Asian American, and includes Thai, Korean, Chinese, and Filipino Americans (including “Little Manilla” on Roosevelt Avenue).

Penthouse apartment with goregeous views of the city from the livingroom and the bedroom. The smaller 2nd bedroom also has great views north to the Triboro. All new apartment, floors kitchen and bath have all be top of the line renovated. Eat-in-space in the kitchen, brand new stainless appliances including an above mounted is a suburban kitchen just for you.

As you can see there is also a huge foyer that can accommodate a full dining room table if need be. This is a giant apartment and I would estimate it to be almost 900sf. Huge, in great building near the 73rd street subway stop in the garden district (Woodside address, but really part of the Jackson Heights Garden District) so quite pretty area and quite quiet. Live-in Super. Elevator. Parking on the street is also relatively easy! Call now!
