My job is to find the nicest apartments in the best parts of Brooklyn, and I certainly have a knack for it! At 1,800, the rent is great. The apartment is going to be lovely, and is undergoing renovation as we speak. Spacious, sunkissed, hardwood floors. It is going to be a gem.
Oh, and the location! Perfect. Ditmas Park is known for its gorgeous architecture and Victorian homes. Officially a "Historic District" the area is the beauty of Brooklyn. So close to shopping, restaurants and cafes, yet, treelined and quiet. And of course, the Q train is right there to whisk you to Manhattan whenever you need it!
Contact me and I will show this apartment off to you. I will add pics as soon as I can...apartment is presently undergoing renovation.
