I'll start by introducing myself. My name is Jean-Paul and I have access to the largest inventory of apartments in Brooklyn. I specialize in studio/1-bed and 2-bed from $1000 to $5000. I will find the right place for you as long as you contact me.
Even if this apartment does not fit what you looking for, call me anyways.

That said, this charming studio is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Lefferts Garden. The B-Q trains and the Prospect Park are right around the corner. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden, the Brooklyn Zoo, the Brooklyn Museum, and Grand Army Plaza are just minutes away.
Imagine waking up every morning and taking a relaxing walk through the park before starting your day. Or even better, you can take a run across the park after a stressful day at work.

This place will not last !!!

About Prospect Lefferts Garden: (quoted from Wikipedia)
Prospect Lefferst Garden is a neighborhood in NYC borough of Brooklyn. The area is bounded by Empire Boulevard (formerly Malbone St) to the north, Clarkson Av to the south, New York Av to the east, and Ocean Av / Prospect Park to the west. The area was originally settled by a Dutch family in 1660. In 1893 the Lefferts estate was divided by James Lefferts into 600 building lots, now known as Lefferts Manor and sold to developers... In recent years, Prospect Lefferts Garden has become one of Brooklyn's most gentrified neighborhoods. Residents from parts of Manhattan have been moving in, and residents from Park Slope as well. Due to this, many new shops have opened, new schools, and of course, more housing.
