This renovated studio is great. The open living space is perfect for entertaining guests. The kitchen has lots of counter space and custom wood finished cabinets. The queen sized living space can comfortably fit a queen size bed, dresser and more. The storage space is a great advantage to this apartment and will become more of an asset down the road. The bathroom has had renovations with new fixtures, and vanity while having marble tiling throughout.

Steps away from lots of great places such as Bistro 61, The Nuaa, Prime 333, and more just around the corner, must see in person to appreciate!

The illustrious Upper East Side is widely renowned for its high-quality residential living and its world-class cultural institutions. This neighborhood is famous for being safe, family-friendly, green, and beautiful, so it's no wonder that the Upper East Side is easily one of the most charming neighborhoods in Manhattan. Its prestigious history of wealthy residents within close proximity to Central Park has made the number of distinct architectural gems hard to count. The Upper East Side may be a quiet, tranquil place to live, but during the day it is certainly busy - the unrivaled dining and shopping options attract people from all over Manhattan and all over the world. For those looking to experience the finest elements of Manhattan living, the Upper East Side offers just about everything.
