This place is a really sweet spot! Located on a lovely tree lined block around the corner from the park and the FG subway stop at 15th, plus around the corner from all the shops and cafes along 7th & 8th Ave. The apartment itself has recently undergone renovations, has a 8.5' ceilings, nice large windows providing much sunlight, lots of closets, and a spacious bedroom and living room.
