Prior to joining the real estate industry, Talia was the Director of Marketing and Product Development at the manufacturer of SwissGear business and technology accessories. This experience taught her a great deal about managing clients' expectations and the importance of working tirelessly to exceed them. She achieves this by communicating with her clients clearly and working methodically to make things run as smoothly as possible.
Specializing in such prime locations as Midtown East, the Financial District, the Upper West Side, and the East Village, Talia has earned a reputation of going above and beyond for her clients in order to get the deal done. "I want my clients to feel as though the transaction is very simple, while I do the heavy-lifting behind the scenes," Talia explains.
"I treat every listing as if it were my own property, doing everything possible to make sure it reaches maximum visibility. Handling the property with respect, care, and close attention throughout the entire process is the only way," Talia says. She also understands that the most effective way to sell property in New York City can vary substantially. "It is essential that the marketing of each property is tailored appropriately to the relevant target market," Talia explains. "What's even more important is caring for and communicating with my clients in the way that works best for them."
A native of Colts Neck, New Jersey, Talia attended Georgetown University, graduating magna cum laude with a double major in Marketing and International Business. She currently lives in Manhattan's Midtown East, where she owns a co-op apartment. Talia speaks Spanish fluently and takes great pleasure in attending ballet performances as well as practicing yoga. She also makes it a priority to give back to her community, volunteering at such organizations as GMHC and the Bowery Mission.
