Kobi Lahav joined Mdrn. as a Managing Director, bringing to the company a considerable knowledge of the New York real estate market after nearly a decade of experience in the industry. Kobi was born and raised in Israel, receiving a law degree (LL.B) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and then going on to work at Meitar Liquornik Geva & Leshem Brandwein Law Offices - one of the top law firms in Tel Aviv – where he specialized in public offerings, private investments, and large international transactions. His years of experience as a corporate attorney sharpened his formidable analytical skills and provided him with an extraordinary work ethic, thus preparing him to excel in the real-estate industry. Kobi is currently enrolled in the prestigious EMBA program in the Stern Business School at NYU.
Kobi is always focused on working hard to serve the best interest of his clients, whether they are interested in rentals or in sales. Having moved to the United States from abroad, Kobi is sensitive to the needs and difficulties of clients who may be relocating to New York, and he is eager to help improve what can otherwise be a complicated and stressful process. His easy manner and outgoing disposition invariably establish a sense of comfort and confidence in his clients. After almost 10 years in New York real estate market, Kobi is excited to be joining the Mdrn. team, and above all he looks forward to ensuring that his clients find their ideal apartment without having to compromise.
