THE PROPERTY: Standing on the very corner of Washington Street & Plymouth Street is an absolutely gorgeous rehabbed building that was once a Cardboard Factory. Original details such as oversized wooden beams define the property's allure. The views of the park & Manhattan Bridge are stunning from the space and furnished roof deck. OUR OPINION: It is rare to reside in such a beautifully renovated home overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge Park in DUMBO that views the East River & both bridges. We simply call this eye candy. The view of the Manhattan Bridge when perusing Washington Street is equally stunning. We highly recommend the neighborhood and space. This particular unit is perched on the 4th floor corner of the timeless building, standing on Washington St and Plymouth. Exposed brick, wooden beams, and over-sized factory windows outline the antique finishes within the residence.

Let's face it, trying to find an apartment in NYC can be a stressful experience for anyone. That's why working with Mark is the best decision you could make. Nothing phases Mark, he's always cool, calm and collected. Very personable and you never feel pressurized by him to sign up for anything you don't want. He really is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him 100%.
