  Lina was such a pleasure to work with. One of the things I noticed immediately about her, is that she is very easy to communicate with. If I had a question, she would email/text a response almost immediately and I would say never more than a 5 or 10 minute lag. That was much appreciated by someone who doesn''t have much patience, especially with apartment shopping. She was able to figure out what I was interested in after we looked at a couple of apartments and then we were able to narrow our search appropriately, so as not to waste anyone''s time. This, again, was something that I hadn''t had much luck with in my previous experiences with NY brokers. In short, if you''re looking for a great broker to work with, I would absolutely recommend Lina. I can''t speak for the rest of Anchor Associates, but she will do a good job. Of that, I am sure.

  I was relocating from Boston and searching for apartments online. What a nightmare. Lina Franco from Anchor was the only realtor I spoke with who took the time to ask what I really wanted. Numerous realtors told me to call or text them when I got into the city. Lina set up an appointment with me right away. She took the time to show us all her listings in our desired location and price range and was always asking what we liked and didn''t like about each particular unit. When we saw the place we liked, she was helpful during the entire application process and made it as smooth as possible for us, considering we were living in another state at the time. She also returned all emails and calls immediately, even after business hours. I never once felt any pressure. She is very professional and I will work with her again in the future.
