This building is located between Irving and Third and is just a stones throw away from Gramercy It is on the same block as Pete's Tavern where O'Henry wrote "The Gift of the Magi" in his favorite booth by the front door.It is by far one of the best values I have found located that close to Irving Place and Gramercy Park.
