Prestigious & Highly coveted palace. Quite simply put (In the simplest English I can muster) this is one of my favourite buildings in the city.
Not only are the apartments pristine but there is a list of amenities to die for.
The Epic contains two floors of amenities, each with a landscaped terrace. The residents lounge is equipped with billiard table, large screen TCV and catering kitchen with a large communal dining table. There is also a basketball court, yoga studio, 3900 SF fitness center, refrigerated storage for food deliveries, parking garage, bike storage and WiFi throughout.
The Epic is a Green Building and will receive LEED Silver certification from the US Green Building Council.
