East Village

Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife Cool factor

Artsy? Then the East Village is for you.

Simply by walking down the streets, one can feel the difference in the vibe of the East Village versus the Upper East Side, for example. Vintage dresses, old lace-up boots, and battered brown purses accent its young inhabitants.

This is a great two bedroom in the East Village. Close to bars, parks, and great transport. You will be located one block from the 1st ave L stop and only a few minutes walk from Union Square. This is a prewar walk up with exposed brick, high ceilings, great light, live in super, and a Duane Reade next door. I personally lived in this building and stayed for 2 years! Great personable landlords. Good credit, 40x monthly rent for income, guarantors accepted. Pets ok - case by case. Call
