Choosing Francisco Rojas as my realtor, was the best decision I made during the entire daunting apartment search process.
Francisco is very professional, easy to work with, and he really understands the New York City market.
He took the time to explain everything to me, and he always responded to my questions in a timely matter. I never felt insignificant, eventhough I was among hundreds of other new yorkers looking for a new home. When it came time to sign, he explained every single document I had to sign. Still looking with him. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have not encountered an agent from any borough with his obvious expertise or tact. He has class. No fast-talking or invasive, disrespectful, presumptuous questions or statements. Im going to post his info at work & in my building.
