Park Slope

Quiet Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife LGBT-popular

Park Slope, often known as the baby stroller capital of the world, very much lives up to its reputation but is so much more than that.

While many young parents with children inhabit the neighborhood because of its excellent education system and proximity to Prospect Park, its lovely tree-lined streets, community focus, and selection of restaurants make it a wonderful neighborhood for anyone to live in.

I'm getting the keys tomorrow.    Pictures by 2p 'Monday'.    Available - July 1 or sooner if you needed.    Location - my absolute favorite in NYC! 7th Ave near 13th - this locale is absolutely amazing. I've lived in the Slope for over 12 years, and I can't imagine a better place to call home. Who needs the 'stuffy north slope anyway'. Hurry? - it'll go in a few days.    Large 4 room apartment. Eat in kitchen - hardwood floors.   This can be used as a one bed or converted into a 2 bed - but you would have to walk through one bedroom to get to the next - 4 room railroad style.    This is priced great!!    Sorry, no dogs. - cat is okay.   Brad Brown
