  Among all the brokers I contacted through Naked apts, Anne is the only one who got in touch with me to set an appointment. She is gifted with two important qualities as a broker. She is genuinely nice and diligent in showing places. She is very organized. Once she sets your profile and needs, she shows you all your options. Within an hour, she showed me up to 6 nice units in Washington Heights that fit my budget $1000-1200. I was already approved for an apartment but I kept checking back-up options until I get to sign the lease, just in case. I told Anne in total honesty. She understood and was that nice to show me places, knowing that it could be a waste of time for her. She remained professional and graceful. She has been truly helpful by offering me options in case things wouldn't work out for me. Because I finally signed my lease, I didn't rent a place with her. However, I am keeping her business card and am recommending her to a friend of my boss who is looking for places in Washington Height.
