  I want to start off by thanking Silvio for helping us find such an amazing apartment. If anyone is reading this its most likely because you are looking for an apartment in or around Manhattan and from personal experience I know it’s daunting and frustrating. Let’s just say I had my share of typical pushy, slick and greedy brokers who would do anything to lock you into a deal which you are not fully comfortable with. Though Silvio was not even close to this stereotype, I mean it when I say he truly understood how frustrating a process finding a home is and made sure you comfortable throughout the entire search. Silvio was extremely knowledgeable and informative which helped me understand what I was truly looking for in an apartment. All-in-all Silvio is a stand up gentleman and I highly recommend him to any perspective Manhattan resident.
