Artsy? Then the East Village is for you.

Simply by walking down the streets, one can feel the difference in the vibe of the East Village versus the Upper East Side, for example. Vintage dresses, old lace-up boots, and battered brown purses accent its young inhabitants.

Here we have a lovely and totally gut renovated three bedroom apartment, in the heart of the East Village! The location couldn't be better - just a few blocks from Tompkins Square Park, close to the L train, and right above all the great restaurants and bars in the area! I live right up the street myself, so I could be biased. :)

The apartment is such a great deal - you'd be the first ones to live in it gut renovated - with a dishwasher, large living room, and in-unit washer and dryer! All rooms are large enough for full beds, and have windows and closets, and the super lives in the building. Shares and pets are welcome.
