Before reading. This is not a true two bedroom. There is a bedroom upstairs. There is a large Rec Room downstairs which I've included as a bedroom so if someone is looking for a home office or something similar they can consider this apartment. But the rec room is not a legal bedroom bc there are only 2 tiny windows.
