Artsy? Then the East Village is for you.

Simply by walking down the streets, one can feel the difference in the vibe of the East Village versus the Upper East Side, for example. Vintage dresses, old lace-up boots, and battered brown purses accent its young inhabitants.

Amazing deal for a huge studio in a lovely elevator/laundry building in a great East Village location! This spacious studio has been recently renovated, with a stainless steel dishwasher and marble bath. It gets great sunlight, and has garden views, so it is quiet and private. There is plenty of space for a queen-sized bed, couch, entertainment center, desk, and dining area by the alcoved kitchen. Located on a quiet block surrounded by all of the unique neighborhood cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops that make the East Village my personal favorite neighborhood (Sigmund's Pretzels is right on the corner - you must go there), the building is also a few blocks from Thompkins Square Park, and within walking distance to NYU and Washington Square Park. A great deal, this space won't be around long, so contact me to see it ASAP!
