A lovely and affordable 750 sqft 1BR directly south of the park! In my opinion, this is one of the most underrated areas in the city, right at the convergence of east and west, in that little quiet pocket of metropolitan life that provides the excitement of the city that never sleep with easy park access. This pre-war residence offers fine architectural details, marble lobby with curving grand marble staircase, mosaic tiled hallways, laundry facilities, and a charming elevator cab. The building is situated in an incredible location within midtown. Walk to major train lines and anywhere in between an beyond!
