Jackson Heights

Great food

Jackson Heights is one of the most populated neighborhoods in Queens.

It is also one of the most historically important, and is a New York City Historic District. Back in 1916, Jackson Heights was developed as the first garden city community built in the United States, and was originally envisioned as a neighborhood for upper middle class workers to raise their families. This is why “garden apartment buildings” are common.

Gut renovated apartment that is in excellent condition after tenant moved out on the 31st. 2nd floor of a walk-up building. The second bedroom effectively encompasses a combinded bedroom and dining room, or you could ask the super to convert back to a formal dining room. If both are used as a bedroom, you could create a gigantic walk-in closet. Eitherway, really good space. Good sized granite kitchen and bright windows in every room. Live in super. On 34th Avenue in a great section of the historic district of Jackson Heights. Private shared courtyard for all tenants. Sorry no pets.

Please ensure that you have your paperwork ready.

Appointments can only be made by phone.
