  Joe is the most helpful guy of all time. He not only led me around to 4 different places on the day I first met him, but he wasn't pushy at any of them. Once I decided on a place, there were a lot of papers to get in order (4 roommates...) but he was patient, specific, and made the whole process very easy. He always responds to texts within a couple of hours. It didn't stop there. Once we signed the lease and handed over the checks, he was still extremely helpful with the move in. We had a bit of a hassle on the day of moving because of the previous tenants, but Joe arranged a cleaning lady for us who got the place looking great. Since then, he's brought in people to fix all of the small issues we've had in a super time efficient manner. He really eliminated every fear or apprehension that I had about renting for the first time in NYC. Seriously, can't recommend Joe highly enough.

  Joe is fair, honest and helpful. I was under a lot of stress looking for an apartment and he really helped me find a great place. I highly recommend this guy!
