This is not your typical building. It's a converted garment district building that is now a loft apartment building. As you would expect, there is exposed brick, hardwood floors, good light. Then there are amenities that wouldn't expect that will make life easier such as .. dishwasher, elevator, laundry and full time doorman. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, trains, games and concerts nearby. Yes, MSG is within waking distance. It's not a luxury building ... but if offers a lot for a very reasonable price.
