The condo is located on the 4th floor of the building, facing the rear (Southwest). Finishes include Brazilian walnut floors, high ceiling, modern kitchen with stainless Bosch appliances & dishwasher, modern bathroom with rain shower head and deep soaking tub, and spacious bedroom with ample closet space.
THE LOCATION: The Lucent stands on North 11th Street, smack in the middle of Bedford Avenue and Driggs Ave. The location is simply excellent, as N11th Street does not see much foot traffic, making it a relatively quite location. However, every bar, restaurant, and shop, that you will indefinitely frequent, is no less then a few minutes away, if not right on the corner. Living in the heart of Williamsburg, just a minute or 2 away from McCarren Park and the Bedford L Train, is ideal.
