  As someone relocating to NYC, I appreciated Kathryn's calm, patient approach to my endless questions about neighborhoods, the rental process, and fees we might expect to pay. We emailed back-and-forth over 20 times in one week, and she always responded in a timely manner. She was on time to our appointment. She showed my husband and me excellent apartments in the neighborhoods we were interested in and in our price range. We ultimately didn't get an apartment through Kathryn (we applied for an apartment the previous day and had been told we were a long shot, but we were accepted), but I wish we had, because she is spectacular. She deserves your business, and you deserve an excellent agent. It's a win-win!

  Our experience working with Kathryn was phenomenal. She was professional but also really fun to work with. She showed us an incredible apartment that was within our price range and in one of our top locations! She was flexible, adjusted her schedule to meet with us, and was totally ready to move forward with our application. I would absolutely recommend Kathryn to anyone looking to work with a broker! Five Stars for sure!
