OUR OPINION: This is our favorite line in the building as the floor through corner unit enjoys 3 exposures. There is a ton of space in this unit. On the 1st level there is an oversized livingroom facing midtown, a large master bedroom facing the rear, an office space, and large split mezzanine easily usable as a guest room, second bedroom, work space, and more. the unit has a lot of storage space, oversized floor to ceiling windows, modern appliances, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
THE BUILDING: The new development stands on McGuinness Blvd, between India Street & Huron Street, 1 block from the India access to the Greenpoint G Train. The low-rise stands 5 floors tall and features 36 oversized Loft Styled apartments, mostly duplexes housing over 1,000 square feet of living space with double height ceilings & mezzanines. Amenities include elevator, garage parking for a fee, gym, terrace, and massive roof deck with 360 degree views. This particular loft sits on the top floor and has an in unit washer/dryer.
