THE LOCATION: This Lower East Side building stands on Clinton Street, near the corner of Rivington Street. The Essex J,M,Z and Delancey F trains are exactly 3 short blocks away, and the Grand B,D is nearby too. The large 3 Bed/ 2 bath is ideal for roommates interested in living close to work, and right in the Lower East Side action. THE APARTMENT: Very nicely renovated, to be blunt.
