Wow! I have had a hard time finding a place in NYC, and a harder time finding a reliable broker to work with. John on the other hand was a very informative broker, with a large variety of apartments to show me. What made him stand out more then other agents was the he did not pressure me to spend more then I want to, and understood what I needed in a place to live. He wasted no time, and only showed me things I liked. I ended up getting a great place at a reasonable rate.
