  Floriana was very flexible with her viewing schedule and tried her best to find apartments in our range. I do feel that she is used to finding apartments for people with a higher budget than what we had to work with. Therefore the selection she had to show was a little lacking and it made me feel at first like we were asking too much (though other brokers had lots to show us in our range). Ultimately we got an apartment through another broker, but she was very pleasant and helpful.

  I can't say enough about Floriana. She was great to work with. Always responded swiftly and on time, and got me a great selection of apartments to look at, which one of them I eventually ended up renting.
