  Soraya was a great help in my apartment search! It was clear that she wanted the best for me and my roommate, and she worked very hard alongside us to get a great apartment that had just gone on the market. We weren't ready with our paperwork, but rather than moving onto a client who was ready to go, Soraya worked meticulously to make sure we would get the apartment before anyone else. She was willing to meet at all hours (8am or 9:30pm!) and her assistant was also very flexible. I would definitely recommend!

  I recently rented an apartment with Soraya Herrera. From the beginning, she was extremely sweet and very delightful to work with and of course, very knowledgeable. Prior to meeting with Soraya, I had been looking around for several weeks, not to mention meeting with multiple agents who never really understood my needs. I responded to one of Soraya's ads and she found me an amazing apartment in Hell's Kitchen!!! I completely recommend her! Thank you, Soraya! I am sooo happy :)
