Ok folks, please understand, my opinion of this apartment is very high for the following reasons:1) location- you will be in Union Square, but the RELAXED part, a mere 1.5 blocks from the action. Access to everything you need, minus the chaos.2) Great Super. Honestly one of the nicest guys in the city.3)Spacious, recently renovated, true one bedroom with great light.It's a great place.
