You just can't get more East Village than this! This is as central as it gets!The building is fantastic condition thanks to a total renovation of it's interiors and apartments.Every window in the apartment has been replaced with super large over-sized windows to let in maximum light. Each bedroom is located at opposite ends of the apartment giving much better privacy to it's occupants. The bathroom is large and pristine, the full kitchen is all stainless steel with an abundance of brand new shelving units, and the best part is - laundry is right in the apartment! At this price...in THIS area...Unbeatable!!
