i have a home because of Taavo and platinum properties. He's a go with your gut type of guy and guided me through some moments where I was so excited to find a place I may have put an application in. There he was...."what time are you open till" he says. Giving me the "let's weigh the options" eye roll. And he was so spot on. Every once in a while he'd ask "dont give it a thought - right now, which would you pick" and i always came back to the same one. I move in May 1. He was so helpful asking questions I would never have and going out for a celebratory Five Guys lunch (where I ate more than he did) when i was approved. Signed lease today and who comes by for moral support, Taavo. Amazing person, so decent, exudes honor and calm and I would recommend him to everyone who needs a great place, where you want it, in the price range you want and even when he had hours notice he sprung into action. Ross (ha, get it) you rule! Thank you

Taavo was great. He responded to me right away, and was very patient with all of my requests. He really knows the downtown market very well and helped me find a fantastic apartment. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in the city! Thanks again Taavo!!!
