  Desmond was really great! My roommates and I were looking for apartments and needed to get one in the next couple weeks, we were all going out of town for a weekend and were under a lot of pressure to get an apartment fast. We called Desmond asking to meet up with him and he took a meeting with us the next day. The next day we immediately started looking at apartments and the first one we saw we fell in love with. He stayed with us the whole day continuing to show us all of our options. We decided we wanted to first apartment and that day put a down payment and within a couple days the apartment was ours! Desmond worked fast and helped us find our dream apartment. He showed us amazing options, was very friendly and helped us be able to get our dream apartment!

  My Roomates and I had been stressing for a while in our apartment search. We had limited time and limited funds, as we are all first year students. We were referred to Desmond through.another student, and we called him and set up an appointment for the next day. Given we were all new to the New York real estate game, we were all pretty stressed and intimidated by the process, as this was a huge step into adulthood. Desmond helped ease our stresses and we found THE apartment the same day. Desmond showed us the perfect place, a dream apartment rather, that was in our budget and in the perfect area. We signed a lease the next week. Desmond is amazing and his friendliness and willingness to help out a bunch of rookie college kids will forever be appreciated. We move into our dream home today!
