This is the second apartment I rented using Daniel services as my broker. Daniel greatest strength is the ability to adjust himself to your needs, and mine were very specific. The first apartment I rented from him was when I was a full-time, unemployed student and he helped me find a great and affordable apartment that was tailored to my needs and budget. Getting through the paper work wasn't an easy task as a student, but Daniel was patient and helpful during the entire process. When I was looking to move to a bigger apartment with my wife, Daniel was my first and last call. Yet again he knew how to find for us exactly what we were looking for. Overall I was very satisfied working with Daniel. He is a rare broker in today's flooded real estate market. He is honest, easy to reach out to, helpful, and very up to date with the market trends and demands. I highly recommend Daniel Kramp for you next apartment hunting.

Me & my husband were searching for an apt for a while, when a friend introduced us to Daniel. He met with us and listened carefully to what we were looking for, and we had many requests :).
Daniel said he fully understands what we need, and assured us he'll find the best apt for us.
We're both very busy people, and as opposed to other brokers, Daniel didn't waste our time on taking us to see random places. After 3 days he called us and said he has the perfect place for us, and we should meet the next early morning to see it before others take it ...
We loved the place, it was exactly what we've imagined. We signed on that same day with him helping and answering all the questions we had regarding the process and the building's management company.
Daniel really took into consideration everything we said we want in a place, and got us the perfect one.
